This massively reduces my #content consumption from social media.
Whatever you see or hear from #socialmedia influencers is a highly engineered version of reality, making you feel inadequate & less accomplished.
The honest way to value yourself is from the eyes of your loved ones and not through the words of a random stranger on the internet.
Perhaps, time to review the apps on your phone?
